Any updates on the new scales that you are planning to release?

Hi, I read a comment from MYASD about a year ago saying that they are working on releasing new scales other than the only one currently offered, any updates on that? The reason i am asking is because the current scale tray is too small and always powder spills out of the tray!!!

What's wrong with the old scale?

How reliable is it? Do you have any stats on warranty claims?

Nothing is wrong, but some people want a scale that has a larger weighing area that can go higher in weight. The NDS-201 scale is super reliable. Very few warranty claims. We test and certify them all before sale. We have to reject probably 10% from the factory, but we do all that before they go on sale. This limits the warranty issues.
