Why is Micromag so expensive?

As the title says, I'm wondering why it's so pricy?
Pure Encapsulations offers "UltraMag" 120caps of 225mg Elemental mag (as Sucrosomial magnesium) for 2/3rds of the price of the 90 caps.
Is there something I'm missing?
Thanks!

I honestly don't think we have done a pricing assessment since we launched the product in 2018. I believe our costs have come down on it, but then the pandemic hit. The sucrosomial minerals are made for us in Italy, which got hit hard early and locked down. We had a hell of a time getting more of the magnesium and zinc in. It took us over 8 months to get the order we made with them at the start of the pandemic. However, that supply chain blockage has been worked through now. Barring something like COVID-21 happening (knock on wood), we hopefully won't have a situation like last year that completely cuts off our entire supply to those ingredients. It really sucked. Everyone wanted zinc, but we were completely out of it for 8 months. We dropped in Amazon rankings because we were out of stock for so long. There wasn't much we could do, though. The Italian government wouldn't let anything out. C'est la vie.
I just went through our current costs on it with my team, and we can definitely swing lower prices with how things are now. I just changed our pricing on the capsules and powder. That's going to make it much more cost effective for everyone. I also think we will phase out the 90ct, and just move to a 120ct instead. That will help amortize the packaging costs over more doses, and allow us to get the price per dose even better.
