So judging from that chart you expecting that more customers is from less than <35% humidity? Wouldnt it make more sense to accommodate for higher humidity because it will affect substances more than lower humidity ?Where i live we have like 45-60% humidity specified as a technical standard for living area ( in reality its lesser usually )

Most houses are lower in humidity. It might be higher outside, but inside it should be lower than that because of air conditioning. The supplements will be stored inside rather than outside, so we have to plan for that environment. Humid environments are generally hotter, too. So you have air conditioning systems pulling moisture out of the air in the buildings. Moreover, silica SUCKS at low relative humidity. Molecular sieves are also better at higher temperatures, and they absorb moisture quicker than silica. So the performance envelope for molecular sieves is better in multiple aspects. Silica only outperforms at the amount of moisture it can absorb over ~40% RH.
