Are there any studies I’m missing that reliably quantify the amount of antioxidants we get from supplements(Oroxylin A, baicalein)? Worried about oxidative stress causing joint pain and messing with muscle gain

Like others I’m very excited about the new release however I do take baicalein and vitamin C daily. Just a bit concerned about having too many antioxidants and not enough free radicals for them to react with causing oxidative stress. The only thing relevant thing I’ve found is ORAC scores that were used to rate the amount found in food but it appears they don’t even do that anymore because they were unreliable.
Sorry if this info is out there and I’m just not finding it. If there is no solid info on the subject I assume the best thing to do would be to rotate them, right? LM suggests up to 1500mg of baicalein a day. I usually only take 600mg but sometimes 1200mg. I do notice some weird joint pain in my knees when I take it with too much vitamin C.

I swear I don’t notice this knee pain until I’ve had my second big cup of strong green tea in the evening but never realized it until reading this. Is it possible that between baicalein/black seed oil/cissus(I try to keep to one of those a day) plus the vitamin C is too much when combined with 4-6 bags of green tea a day steeped for long periods of time? Going to skip the evening cup tonight and see how it goes. I take this stuff for my back so it is disheartening when new pain arrives in my knees out of nowhere lol.
On a side note the PEA seems to work wonders when combined with thc and baicalein. Looking forward to the rephyll and oroxylin.
one last side note, I was going to make a post asking if the green tea extract would stack well with cissus extract for pain in the weight room since the combo is shown to help inflammation and promote weight loss. Now I think it might not be the best for me. Maybe others though!

The amount of tea you are drinking very well could be affecting your knee pain with the other supplements you are on. Remember, EGCG will only be antioxidant if your body reacts to the pro-oxidant effect. If your other supplements are stopping that signaling, that compensatory effect might not happen.

Palmityolethanolamide is great, and goes very well with Rephyll. You can add in tart cherry for an extra effect, too.

I would use EGCG in the AM for the fat burning effects, and not before a workout for any pain effects.
