Your combo of 4'DMA with Zembrin and saffron is likely the culprit. You've got PDE4 inhibition from the Zembrin mixed with NMDA anatagonism and sigma agonism from the saffron, paired with agonism of TrkB from the 4'DMA. It could be the PDE4 inhibition from the Zembrin not playing nicely with the others.
