It's a cool one that flies under the radar. It is similar to lemon balm, due to the rosmarinic acid. However, I find Sibelius sage better for calming during the daytime, whereas I find the lemon balm better for night time. It is similar to the Cyracos, but I think I like the Sibelius sage more as a functional daytime supplement.
