This sounds like it would be great. u/Misteryouaresodumb, could you please elaborate as well on the safety of polygala, there does not seem to be many long term or short term studies and this is concerning to me. That said, I love this herb and its effects. Im sure it would be great stacking it with dynamine.

It's been used for thousands of years in China, and is one of the 50 fundamental herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine. There are safety studies on it. They even did one in children.
