NMN is, according to Dr. David Sinclair, very unstable and should be kept cold:

However ND uses an enteric coating.

u/misteryouaresodumb have you tried leaving out some coated NMN at room temperature for a few months then tested how much NMN is left in the tablet?

Does anyone know how much of an impact the enteric coating would have on loss of NMN due to heat?

Hmmm, let me check with the team. There has to be a reason we didn't do it. Maybe it was really hard to work with and clumped up badly. I'll check.
