Is 1:1 lions mane still worth it?

I want to buy from Nammex but their stock is empty for 8:1. Was wondering if 1:1 is still good aswell? For the supposed brain/mental benefits etc. Thank you

So if you like the 8:1, stick with it. The 1:1 is also good. However, most prefer the 8:1. It does depend on the person, though. Some do prefer the 1:1. It's just more often people prefer the 8:1.
