Is there something wrong with my Shoden powder?

I understand that this is most likely normal but I want to be safe. I am mostly concerned about those little pieces of what looks like little bits of glass/dark leaves. The first time I ordered Shoden the powder was much more consistent and it didn't contain those little pieces. Please let me know if this is normal.

Nope, nothing wrong. That is normal. The black specs are part of the raw material. They are in our reference materials for what we use on organoleptic testing, too. Here is a pic. We also double checked with Arjuna, the patent holders and makers of Shoden, and they said that is perfectly normal. To achieve the higher bulk density of the powder, they use high-pressure rollers. This process can cause some darker specs in the powder where it was compacted more. Nothing to worry about.
