For people who feel like agmatine has increased your quality of life in any way or that you are a “responder” what is your dosing schedule like? Based on the research it seems like a very promising compound, but I can’t find a consensus on how much to take and when whenever I search through reddit.

High dose agmatine really fucked me up for the last two days. First two days (1-2gr) were good/bordering on euphoric then bam: exhaustion and depression so bad I couldn't participate in my online classes anymore. Maybe I should try dosing a little lower before trashing it.

This is another reason we sell it in 250mg capsules. I think most people overdo it with agmatine.

What's the reasoning for Agmatine to have a serving dose of 250mg?

Most people are massively overdosing it for its main therapeutic use. 250mg is a good solid daily dose for people looking for the cognitive effects. Some do respond better to higher doses, but many get the most balanced

1) It's hard to say. Nefiracetam might be good, as that binds to the glycine site of the NMDAR. However, I am not convinced of its safety. You can be safe and start with the tried and true piracetam, and go from there.
