My order said it was delivered but I never got it. This ALWAYS happens if I do not pay to have it shipped by USPS. Any options?

My package says it was delivered by FedEx on Thursday, however I never got it and I spent $70 on it!!!! I opened a case with FedEx, and sent an email to nootropics depot customer service, since they don't have a phone number, but is there anything else I can do? Am I just shit out of luck? I will never use free shipping ever again, because this ALWAYS happens. I am going to have all my orders from anywhere, not just here, be delivered by USPS or I won't get it lol
FedEx and UPS never look around to my mailbox and usually put on someone else's porch. Idk what to do please help lol

Nevermind, the lady I was speaking to from support reshipped it again with USPS. I am so grateful for that. I will remember to always use that shipping method for as long as I am at this address. Thank you so much! You and your support team are awesome and have been very helpful! Thank you again, so much!
