Why does the ashwaghanda powder cost more?

Original post in this thread

When you get a smaller serving size than the capsules? This is the only time I've ever seen capsules cheaper than powder. And at quite a lot more product in the capsules.

Im fond of the taste of ashwaghanda so this will be weird....

Are you talking our generic ashwagandha? That's likely just because we have not updated our pricing, since we have been out of stock on it. We were working on a new extract of it that was going to replace it, but then COVID-19 hit and massively fucked the Indian supply chain. It's been next to impossible to get consistent quality out of India for the entire year. It's also why we went out of stock on our ND bacopa. India has been a mess. Once we get a batch in that meets our standards, we will update pricing to whatever it comes out to. Powder will be cheaper than capsules once that happens.

Right? There has been a clear shift. I am all for people relaying their personal experiences, good or bad. That's the whole point of the nootropics community. However, lately it seems more like a team sport. People pick

No problem! Why ConsumerLab decided to test our product for something it is not even standardized to, then not test everyone else for the stuff we are standardized to, is beyond me. Why not test everyone for theobromine

ND Bacopa is the only thing I've found on the same level as Ashwagandha when it comes to promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
