ND Bacopa is the only thing I've found on the same level as Ashwagandha when it comes to promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

It has all of the positive effects of Bacognize and Synapsa multiplied x2. I thought I was going to experience the lethargy that I did with Bacognize but I didn't. They did a good job with this one.
