ND team, first, thank you for all that you do!
Not sure if it has been brought to your attention, but the images on your website have been compressed to the point they are virtually illegible. Here is the label preview for lemon balm: https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-cebedmpn/images/stencil/1280x1280/products/329/3557/Lemon-Balm-Extract-250g-2x6-LA\_\_27304.1584724761.jpg. The label for micromag powder is equally poor. This effect does not appear to be consistent, as bacopa's label preview seems perfectly fine.
It was a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. I know you guys run a tight ship, so I figured you would like to know.

Since we are on the same topic, is there any way you guys can add a "save for later" function like amazon use? Or a "clear cart" function if it makes it easier.
For example I currently have 27 items in my cart due to researching products and, because I will forget them, I just add them there ready for ordering. But that would cost me $1200 to order at once.
If I wanna slip in and order 4 products later that I'm running out of, I have to delete all of the current products in my cart, one by one, and wait for the page to reload and do that white sliding progress bar thing...it can take a while. Tried clearing my cookies but it's stored server side. Also sometimes it adds them to the cart as if I'm not logged in then when I do log in to buy something it adds all the products it added "when I wasn't logged in" (despite saying I am logged in) to my basket so I end up with multiple products and multiple quantities of them at once.

The wish list function allows that. Just click the little heart icon on whatever product you are on, and you can create a new wish list or add it to an existing one. Then you can see your wish lists in your profile when you log in. From there you can add the items to your cart by clicking on them in the list.
The cart actions when you are logged out/in are part of the persistent cart function. It's trying to make it easier on customers. I can see if our developer can create a "remove all products from cart" button, though. In theory it can be done. Then it could clear them all at once.
