Lion's mane 8:1, citicoline, and 7,8 dhf all together?

Hey, I'm thinking of getting these products. From the little research I've done they seem to be pretty good products. My intention is to take them for general long-term brain health and function, and would also like to get intense dreams.
Does anyone know if there's anything that's synergistic with any of these, or if there'd be any issues with taking these all together? I don't drink coffee, use weed or alcohol or take any other substances, really.
I'm completely new to nootropics and am kind of overwhelmed by everything.
And on top of this, does anyone know of any products that are good for long-term health that could be taken daily?

telomere length

So L-Carnosine as well?

l-Carnosine reduces telomere damage and shortening rate in cultured normal fibroblasts

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, will carnosine have a tablet/capsule version? Would it benefit from enteric coating? Did you test your telomeres or perceive any other benefits while taking it?

Yes, L-carnosine is one of the best longevity products we have, but nobody talks about it. It's a fantastic supplement! We have thought about capsules/tablets, but it is expensive to make, and people just don't buy it. Our sales are very low on it. I would love to offer it in an easier to take form, but I would need people to actually buy it to justify the cost. It's very expensive. For us to do a normal run of it would cost us like $50,000. Then we would have to actually sell it.

I did notice other benefits. I had better mood and energy on it, and needed less caffeine during the day. It has a simulating effect from my experience, at least in a larger stack.

That's about what I expected. These are just internal COAs. To start, analyzing nitrogen content is not an appropriate methodology for amino acid assay. This is the same shit China got away with on infant formula and spi
