LOL, we are putting milk thistle in everything!!! No, this is just to improve the bioavailability of berberine. It's similar to how we have sesamin in our OptimALA. Certain things improve the bioavailability of other actives, so we combine them in our capsules/tablets. We still sell berberine in powder if people just want that and nothing else.
