Got charged \~£15 VAT from Customs on a recent order. Do you ever plan on shipping international orders in separate parcels/declaring a lower value to avoid VAT charges?

It would have been much higher had we declared actual values. I hate VAT and import duties, too. However, there is no way around them. Governments of the world want to take their share.
