Got charged \~£15 VAT from Customs on a recent order. Do you ever plan on shipping international orders in separate parcels/declaring a lower value to avoid VAT charges?

We already do declare lower value... Every item is lowered to help with the fees. We do everything we possibly can to help our customers out with extra charges their governments impose on them. However, the UK government is who decides on what to charge. We have no control over that process. Sometimes they don't charge anything. Other times they do. There is no way to predict it. Even if we had a warehouse in the UK, we would have to collect VAT directly from you, too. There is no way to get completely around the tax man.
