Got charged \~£15 VAT from Customs on a recent order. Do you ever plan on shipping international orders in separate parcels/declaring a lower value to avoid VAT charges?

I know, I noticed that you declare lower value and that is great, but...
Don’t know about other countries but customs in my country ask for a proof of the payment. So I have to show them the full price.

Yeah, there is no way around that without outright fabrication of invoices. It sucks, but some countries are really trying to clamp down on what they see as their citizens losing out on business to foreign companies... as if you could just go buy from your local country's ND instead. They also see lost tax revenue by their citizens buying stuff from outside the country. Globalization has changed a lot, and many countries are trying to adapt to it.
