I’m aiming for a basic stack for overall wellness and also skin health (adult acne) that is safe to take every day and won’t cause any dependency issues. Any thoughts to improve this stack? Should I be worried about calcium intake while taking MicroMag? (my multivitamin does not have calcium or magnesium) TIA

So it shouldn’t have any negative effect on the lungs in general? As in so far there’s nothing showing or suggesting that it negatively affects the lungs in any way?

There is no research showing the exogenous hyaluronic acid supplementation negatively affects the lungs that I can find.
