+ Immune Defense
+ MicroMag
+ L-Theanine
+ Pomella
+ +(non-ND)Wild Alaskan salmon oil and Vitamin Code RAW men’s multivitamin
I’m aiming for a basic stack for overall wellness and also skin health (adult acne) that is safe to take every day and won’t cause any dependency issues. Any thoughts to improve this stack? Should I be worried about calcium intake while taking MicroMag? (my multivitamin does not have calcium or magnesium) TIA

So pretty much if you’ve been supplementing with hyaluronic acid daily and then get Covid, you’re basically screwed?
Should I stop taking it?

No, that's not what that says. There are no studies in relation to exogenous HA supplementation and COVID-19. It's all speculation. We have no idea what mechanism is resulting in the HA storms, nor if supplementation would affect it at all. They are suggesting that at-risk populations take HA synthase inhibitors as a precaution, but there are no clinical studies showing that would have any effect, either. That study is also pre-print and not peer reviewed. One of the authors also recently filed a patent for treating COVID-19. I assume that is with an HA synthase inhibitor as well. So we have an author with a conflict of interest posting a pre-print non-peer-reviewed study speculating. It's an interesting read, but nothing more than that at this point.
