Tongkat Ali, nausea and vomiting

Hello everyone!
Last week, I received a new order from NootropicsDepot. In it was the 2% Tongkat Ali extract capsules, which I have been taking for 5 days now. One side effect I have noticed, and read about on here, is nausea and vomiting. Since I added the tongkat and the primavie shilajit (I took primavie shilajit with no problem in the past so not the culprit) to my morning pills, I always experience nausea about 20 minutes after swallowing them, which has ended in vomiting twice. Other than that, it seems to be really good for me, I have so much energy and feel like I'm now 6-7 years younger.
I know taking it with food would help reduce these effects, but I always fast until noon, so that is not really an option. Is there anything I can do to reduce the nausea?
Other products I take with it, in case there is any bad interaction:
\- Primavie Shilajit
\- Vitamin B6, D3, K2, ester-C
\- Cordyceps
\- Lion's Mane
\- CoQsol
\- Fish Oil
\- Green tea extract enteric coated tablet
\- Brewed yerba mate
All from ND except the vitamins and yerba mate

Interesting! I was totally OK with the 10% too (but haven't tried the 2%). I wonder if it's because the 10% tablets seem to have some kind of coating while the 2% ones are simply encapsulated?
u/misteryouaresodumb perhaps it's worth exploring making the 2% ones into tablets if that's the case

Could be. We could also try using enteric coated capsules as a test.
