+ Immune Defense
+ MicroMag
+ L-Theanine
+ Pomella
+ +(non-ND)Wild Alaskan salmon oil and Vitamin Code RAW men’s multivitamin
I’m aiming for a basic stack for overall wellness and also skin health (adult acne) that is safe to take every day and won’t cause any dependency issues. Any thoughts to improve this stack? Should I be worried about calcium intake while taking MicroMag? (my multivitamin does not have calcium or magnesium) TIA

Yooo what? I actually had fluid buildup in my lungs due to irritation from internal bleeding when I was in the hospital a couple months back. And there was actually still some fluid in the bottom lobe of my right lung when I left the hospital, and it was preventing my lung from properly expanding, and they told me I may even lose function of a portion of my right lung, but said that since I was “young and healthy” it wouldn’t really matter if I did, and any surgery to try to remove that fluid would be one where the risks outweigh the benefits. I’ve been taking ND’s Hyaluronic Acid for about a week now.. now you got me worried, cause the last thing I need is fluid in my lungs.
u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, can you elaborate on his claims at all? And is there anything to worry about taking that or having taken that, knowing my situation?

I assume it is in relation to this study.
Hyaluronan is another name for hyaluronic acid. It seems that some people have a strong reaction to the virus that results in a hyaluronic acid storm. This causes hydrostatic pressure in the lungs to interstitial space in the lungs, leading to people's deaths. They propose taking a drug to inhibit hyaluronan synthase to protect at-risk people against it. It's a really interesting study, actually!
