Tongkat Ali and Libido

Am I the only one on whom Tongkat Ali has no or very little effect on libido?
I started taking Tongkat 10% a week ago and I have good effects on stamina and a little bit on confidence but nothing on libido.
I even feel like I had a better libido before I took it.
It's a good point for me because I practice nofap but I still wanted some advice.

Awesome! Hopefully that could lower the costs a bit compared to the pills. 2% powder is not that great in terms of value per $ for the amount of eurycomanone and the pills end up being a bit better, but still I'd guess powder would be even better value. Isn't it possible to also buy pure synthetic eurycomanone? Couldn't you get some chinese supplier to make it cheap and then just sell the pure compound? Of course it wouldn't be the same as extract due to the lack of peripheral compounds but it could still be an interesting product.

Sure, but eurycomanone is not the only active compound. It's just the best one to use as a marker compound in tongkat. Taking 10mg of eurycomanone will not feel the same as taking 100mg of a 10% extract.
