Tongkat Ali and Libido

Am I the only one on whom Tongkat Ali has no or very little effect on libido?
I started taking Tongkat 10% a week ago and I have good effects on stamina and a little bit on confidence but nothing on libido.
I even feel like I had a better libido before I took it.
It's a good point for me because I practice nofap but I still wanted some advice.

Any way you could get a small batch of 10% powder jars done? I put powders into capsules myself instead of making nightmare drinks since its pretty easy to just toss a bunch of things into 1-3 000 capsules sitting in a small capsule filling machine and close. Would be great to have an option like that since I have to order international once or twice a year and need to save money as much as possible. Maybe its not just me who prefers everything in powder form and doesn’t care about how bitter it is due to putting it into capsules instead if drinks.
