Tongkat Ali and Libido

Am I the only one on whom Tongkat Ali has no or very little effect on libido?
I started taking Tongkat 10% a week ago and I have good effects on stamina and a little bit on confidence but nothing on libido.
I even feel like I had a better libido before I took it.
It's a good point for me because I practice nofap but I still wanted some advice.

Yikes. I literally just put in an order of the 10% capsules and 120 of them. Do you suggest changing that to 1 part 2% capsules and 1 part 10% capsules? Would that still be possible to change and is something you suggest?

I mean, it's up to you. Your order may have already shipped. It's not like the 10% is too strong for everyone. Some people jump right into it, or even combine both. I just usually recommend people try less potent versions first if they have never tried a specific compound.
