How big of a dht reduction should one expect from 2% tongkat?

I thought it inhibits 5ar? I have seen that on a few of the 'blogs' out there - don't get me wrong, I love the shit. But I have had the ball ache a few times. I just want to know the most I can about anything I'm taking.

I don't see any scientific evidence it inhibits 5-alpha reductase. The main evidence is that tongkat ali modulates estradiol receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, which is how it affects testosterone levels.
