How big of a dht reduction should one expect from 2% tongkat?

Is there any evidence that tongkat has any effect on DHT? I have not seen it if there is. Also, the "ball ache" is not a common report. I've only seen a couple people say that so far. My balls are certainly not aching, and I have been using tongkat ali in high doses for a year now.
