Our blog goes into a lot of detail on it, if you have not seen it.
You can see that even at 24 hours the concentration of Curowhite in serum is 60% of peak levels and steady. I've switched to just once a day Curowhite dosing, and I am getting very good peripheral anti-inflammatory and pain-killing effects, without the over-stimulation that I was getting with Longvida. I find that when I am on a heavy AMPK stack, Longvida can push me over into the over-stimulated/anxious/irritable side of things. So I actually just stop taking it, but then I lose the good peripheral effects. Curowhite allows me to continue to get the peripheral effects I want, but without the side effects. I do think Longvida reaches the brain better, but that is not always a good thing, depending on your stack.
