This is a two part question. Any feedback is appreciated!

First off I love Nootropics Depot and all that you guys bring! Outstanding service! I had been experimenting with the Sleep Support without the zinc for a few weeks now. Admittedly, I am one of the reviewers on the website that left a review complaining about the Sleep Support causing some depressive feelings. 150mg every other day

Do you think that there are benefits in taking these small doses, or do you think that I shouldn't even bother and focus on other noots instead of alpha gpc?

If you react poorly to alpha-GPC, I would stick to other nootropics. Some people like us just are sensitive to too much choline. So it is best to target other mechanisms instead.
