This is a two part question. Any feedback is appreciated!
First off I love Nootropics Depot and all that you guys bring! Outstanding service! I had been experimenting with the Sleep Support without the zinc for a few weeks now. Admittedly, I am one of the reviewers on the website that left a review complaining about the Sleep Support causing some depressive feelings. A ND admin responded to my review and another’s regarding the same issue. They said that it’s possibly the bacopa in the stack that’s causing a increased production of serotonin, resulting in less dopamine which can be mitigated by taking l-tyrosine or NALT in the morning.
I took some NALT with P5P the mornings after, but I really didn’t notice an improvement. I just picked up some regular L-tyrosine, so I’ll try larger doses of this with P5P.
Question 1: Now, I was actually wondering if the negative effects I’m getting is NOT from the serotonin and dopamine balance being thrown off, but rather from and increase of ACETYLCHOLINE?? I know lemon balm, uridine, and bacopa have an influence on acetylcholine, but I’m not so sure about magnolia, the oleamide, or Shilajit. Do these last three increase acetylcholine to s…

I have this consistent issue with oleamide, just as you describe. Enough to discourage me from ever using it. I have so much, but I won’t let myself have those nightmares and morning fatigue any longer.
My bets are with oleamide, given I’ve tried the rest in isolation, and oleamide consistently produces this effect.
Edit: /u/misteryouaresodumb, I’m by no means knocking a product, so, let that be clear. I only trust your stuff, in general. I’ve never tried this stack, but these symptoms are analogous with the symptoms I get from oleamide (at all doses, and...well, see parenthetical below), so I am only making an observation that a) might lead OP to find what works by trying the other products individually, and b) maybe will lead to a better consensus and database of oleamide effects, given the relative lack of data compared to other noots...something I always wanted to see here was if others had the same effect, so that, for instance, c) if other people have a similar effect to oleamide, then making the same product, perhaps without oleamide, will be a kickass product (only in the case that others have the same effect) — or, replacing oleamide with Palmitoylethanolamide, for instance, would be pretty sweet!
Point being, this is NO knock on ND, as I’ve tried oleamide from Liftmode too, ever since it was first released — and, I totally get what you mean (and agree) about th…

This is why a one size fits all supplement is so hard to make, if not impossible. Everyone is so different. We do what we can with Natrium stacks, but we are fighting a losing battle. This is why we sell all the ingredients individually. There will never be a product that benefits everyone without some people getting side effects.
