ND now has hesperidin, a flavonoid that shows promise as a covid prophylaxis

(just to be clear, ND hasn't made any of these covid claims and I'm not suggesting they're making them).

For those looking to build an anti-covid stack, hesperidin is one of the few substances with some research behind it showing its efficacy. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7274964/

It's a substance I've had my eye for a while (mostly because of its action on blood vessels and nitric oxide), so I'm pretty excited to now have a trusted source for it.

Are the gals attesting to its fat loss effects, too?

That would be surprising to me as well because I had thought it failed a human study for fat loss.

And as far AMPK goes, doesn't seem to have the quite the acute efficacy as berberine/metformin for glucose lowering.

Do you think something else your taking like NMN or Tongkat could be potentiating/contributing to its fat loss effects?

Yes, that is why they love it so much, actually. And yes, it shines in combinations. It's not super potent by itself, but really shines when you add other things in like berberine, OptimALA, NMN, tongkat, etc. However, taking it out of the stack you do notice less of the AMPK and fat loss effects. So I know it is playing a big role. It just needs a combo to really have the effects show through.

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb which product(s) are you most proud of?

Hmm, I am proud of a lot of them. I would say tongkat ali or NMN for effects and how much I personally like them. I would say Shoden for the scientific work we put in to it. I am honestly still very proud of Immune Defen

What does /u MisterYouAreSoDumb take?

I am always trying new things that we are working on. So at any one point in time my stack will be different. However, I do have some staples in my base stack that stay there pretty consistently. * CoQSol-CF * Reacta-C

Best for work, focus, and energy

I would say CoQSol-CF, NMN, DynaMAX, PanaMAX, and tongkat ali. For someone that struggles with low energy, but also anxiousness, that's a good stack to hit on a balanced effect. The CoQSol-CF and NMN give a nice natural

Tongkat Ali Nausea

It's really hard for me to help on this one, because I just don't get the same nausea. I take a 2% and 10% tongkat, along with berberine, silymarin, NMN, EGCG, CoQSol-CF, Microzinc, and yeast extract all at the same time

Replying to hagosantaclaus · Tagging on to this, and with all due respect, I have to ask the ever recurring and hopefully not yet annoying question, what is your current stack u/misteryouaresodumb?
