Tongkat ali and berberine Interactions?

I recently received NDs tongkat Ali and I’m enjoying it as a pre workout. I stopped taking berberine though as a precaution since I know berberine interacts with so many compounds and as far as I know affects many different things in the body.

Any experiences with both or some info about their interaction would be greatly appreciated.

I've been reading that the low bioavailability of berberine powder can be helped by taking it with a spoon of coconut oil. Does this sound like a good idea to you?

Our new berberine tablets have silymarin in them, which increase the bioavailability. Sodium caprate does improve bioavailability, too. So if there is enough in coconut oil it should help.
