Tongkat ali and berberine Interactions?

I recently received NDs tongkat Ali and I’m enjoying it as a pre workout. I stopped taking berberine though as a precaution since I know berberine interacts with so many compounds and as far as I know affects many different things in the body.

Any experiences with both or some info about their interaction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, I agree, berberine for sure lifts my mood for some reason I just wanted to double check on it regarding interaction.

Most people don't realize that berberine not only activates AMPK, but also sigma-1 receptors, along with increasing norepinephrine. So it is not just good for fat burning and insulin response, but also for energy and mood.
