Any advantage to ArginoCarn (ALCAR Arginate) over ALCAR taken with or without Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate

I can't seem to find much information on this stuff that's readily available or well organized (mostly due to laziness and being busy with other stuff). Is it a dipeptide? Are there any advantages to taking it over ALCAR with or without Arginine? Is it a waste to invest in if you already have both ALCAR and AAKG? I can't seem to find any studies comparing this formulation to ALCAR or ALCAR+arginine. If it is a dipeptide, does it have any special properties? I'll look into it deeper if I get really curious but I'm busy right now and wondering if this is just a redundant formulation or if there's any special flare to it.

Don’t you already make the Arginine salt BPC-157? I bought some ceretropic brand from cuerpoymente a few weeks ago.

Yes, we already make it. We don't have any in stock here, though. It's all in Mexico at the moment. So I have to have some more made to test their claims. We also only just bought our Distek dissolution machine to test when things dissolve in the GI tract. It will be a more complex project than it sounds, but I am sure we can get some data.
I am not saying the BPC-157 arginine salt is useless. It should work similarly to the acetate. I am just criticizing the claims by Diagen and the people selling their version, along with the data they cite as proof. We will have to simulate a gastric environment to really get an idea. Also, we supply our Latin American distributors with new products that they request. That doesn't mean I have personally tried them all. They are doing a lot of new advanced fitness/immune peptides that I personally know nothing about. We are just making them, and ensuring they are what they are supposed to be/pure. If we can properly make and test them, we will.
