I personally take our Immune Defense, Microzinc, EGCG tablets, hesperidin, adrographis, quercetin, Curowhite, D3/K2, and Reacta-C.

Hesperidin, EGCG, CoQSol-CF, NMN. I personally would add in quercetin, berberine, and epicatechin, too. However, that is more than 4.

Rheumatoid Arthritis Prevention Supplements?
