Does the anti-inflammatory effect of curcumin/curowhite negatively affect muscle growth? Honestly I'm not seeing this topic through anymore, so much misinformation on the internet. I've grasped so far that it can't be generalized that all antioxidants and anti-inflammatories impair muscle growth and you already told me recently that ALA is fine and that NAC should be avoided close to weight training. I also made a post about CBD in r/nootropics a while back and the consensus was that it doesn't impair muscle growth. I would love to finally get closure on what the truth on curcumin is. On that note, are there any other popular nootropics or supplements that come to mind which would impair muscle growth from weight training?

Accelerated Muscle Recovery After In Vivo Curcumin Supplementation
It's pretty clear that curcumin either helps with muscle growth and recovery, or at least does not adversely affect it. To be honest, many things these broscience blogs say imparis muscle growth actually don't. Many say that vitamin C does, but that doesn't appear to be the case, either.

Post-exercise vitamin C supplementation and recovery from demanding exercise
So I would not worry too much. Many of the thing that sites online say hinder muscle recovery actually don't, or even help in some cases.
