Introducing CuroWhite: A Stain-Free And Odorless Curcumin Extract In A Highly Bioavailable Form
Curcumin supplements have taken the world by storm in recent years, and for good reason, as it has some incredible effects! Curcumin is one of many bioactive compounds that are contained in the rhizoma (roots) of the Curcuma longa plant, which is most commonly known as Turmeric. The bright orange color of Turmeric is largely due to its curcumin content, which is a bright orange pigment. Its bright orange color is likely also what has gained Curcumin a good portion of its popularity. It's undeniable the bright orange color is unique and very aesthetically pleasing, especially on well-curated Instagram posts! However, for anyone who has actually handled some Curcumin powder, you know that it’s pain to work with. To put it bluntly, handling Curcumin is difficult and here’s why... (click here to read more)

On the topic of "mood effects" specifically. The blog posts mentions -- this being my re-framing of things that I hope would be corrected of inaccurate -- that all things being equal with the factor of brain\-bioavailability, Curowhite would be recommended over Longvida for mood benefits, especially due to its more efficacious regulation of the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway, but that while LV is known for its brain\-bioavailability compared to other known or marketed forms, not enough brain\-bioavailability data is yet available for CW to drawn any meaningful or certain comparisons here. Thus one aspect of the conclusion is basically agnostic, and another recommends defaulting to LV for mood due to what we know about its brain-bio-availability superiority over other standard forms of curcumin despite CW having very high at-least general bioavailability.
Do you have any thoughts, perhaps based on your experience and/or from the reports of your friends/employees/customers, which may have a more powerful impact in the realm of mood?

So that is a complex question/answer. Longvida has more research about it reaching the brain. However, that is in the curcumin form, not the hydrogenated form like in Curowhite. Anecdotally, I get less over-stimulation when using Curowhite in a stack instead of Longvida. I speculate that might be because less is getting to the brain, but it could be that it is just doing it in a hydrogenated form. Without a study comparing both forms from that specific perspective, we can only speculate on which is reaching the brain more. I will say that I find Curowhite better for me personally if I am taking other stimulating things, as I find that Longvida can make things way too simulating for me. I find that Curowhite strikes that balance of mood effects better for me than Longvida does.
