I've got some old ceretropic stock, obviously couple years old now. Is it bad or could it still be good? I'd buy new but not really any great vendors for some of them apparently.

That depends on how it was stored? Was it kept in the fridge/frezzer as a lyophilized powder the entire time?

Hmm, in solution already? It's hard to say, then. I would have to test it to know for sure. They should be stable for 2 years in solution, but past that I can't know for sure. PRL-8-53 should be fine, though.

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
