Not really cursed, as it is a miracle we have been able to keep expanding and adding new products during this pandemic at all. The effect it is having on the supply chain is like nothing else that has happened since I started the company in 2013. Literally every single part of the supply chain is affected; from shipping and customs, to manufacturing and testing. It is straining some parts of the supply chain, while completely destroying others. The fact that we have kept it from affecting customers too much, and continued to develop new things and add products to the site, is just a testament to how hard we are working in the background. It is NOT easy right now. Every day we are dealing with multiple new issues that pop up. So while it sucks on the berberine side, it is really just a lot of hard work and effort on our part across the board for all the new products being released.
