Just wondering if we could see what MisterYouAreSoDumb takes and why he takes which supplements?

Is this list ranked according to degree of effect on your personal well-being?

The ephedrine, not listed in this post has been so effective in improving concentration in what you may have previously described as 'utilitarian' when compared to commonly prescribed medications for the inattentive types.

Also, whats your take on Keto > KetoCarnivore diets as a base for improving mental performance and reducing stress. I'm personally getting somewhat inconsistent effects, but believe it has to do with the interplay of histamine and digestion...

No, it's not ranked at all. That's the order they came out of my brain in. LOL

Ephedrine is great, but I do not take it daily. I try to only use it occasionally these days. I used to take it daily, along with nicotine, and I was a machine then. However, that is not a good habit to have daily. So I avoid both as much as I can these days. However, give me some ephedrine, kratom, and nicotine, and I will accomplish anything in a short period. It's just not a very healthy stack.

I think reducing carbs is a good thing. I always operate better when I have limited carbs. However, I am not convinced of full on 100% Keto. I think intermittent fasting, paired with a somewhat low carb diet, is a more manageable way to go about it. I do love some things with carbs, though. So IF still gives me a significant portion of my day when I am in ketosis, without having to go nuts with it.

I can confirm, nicotine by itself is fine. Combine it with something else habit forming, and it can become an issue. For me, it was combining kratom and nicotine. An opioid/mild stimulant and nicotine can really get a de

I've actually been off stimulants and kratom for a bit now. Well if you exclude caffeine and nicotine. Haha

I know a lot of people say fasoracetam is a GABAb antagonist, but that's actually not true. It's actions are much more complex than that. Essentially Fasoracetam modulates the metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs). T
