When To Take Supplements: A Look At Stomach Contents and Bioavailability

One of the questions we receive most frequently from our customers is: ‘When should I take my supplements?’. This is an incredibly hard question to answer, as a host of different variables determine when the best time is to take your supplements. It depends on the supplement in question, what you are taking alongside it, what your supplementation goals are and interactions between your supplements and food. Sorry a lot of stimulation on Reddit in general for me-ha so I would pose another scenario to you my friend (so I chose this spot instead of trying to find out where it should actually be placed) if you get a chance and see this.
MAOI effects from taking yall's Polygala along with Vyvanse or Adderall.
A month or so ago you gave me a nice list I still use based on my own personal ADHD and taking Adderall XR once a day.

I guess the question would be, is there any quick answer you can give me or whomever else that would read this if there are any negative side effects, short or long term...

And the reason I'm asking you is because I have noticed zero side effects and have been taking Poly for about a month now. And that stuff/herb is the bomb.
Thank you if you're able to respond, if not I understand.

Keep chugging my friend keep chugging 🌟🌌🌟

Polygala is not a strong or irreversible MAOI. The compound people talk about with polygala, 3,6′-disinapoyl sucrose, does lower MAOI activity when it is raised. However, it does not do it by blocking it. It seems to do it by modulating 5-HT, cAMP-CREB, and NE.

It's going to depend on the person. What works best for one person might do nothing for you, or have side effects. We like to talk in generalities, but people's brain chemistries vary a lot more than most realize. So fin

How is polygala so amazing?

Replying to Majalisk · MYASD has mentioned there does seem to be some people who are essentially’super-responders’ to it, which is great for them

Yep, we have some customers that say polygala works better for them than anything else they have ever taken. Some of them have told me it has literally changed their lives. Then we have some people that are like "Eh, it'

Extended Release Polygala?

Yeah, we have thought about it. We just need to determine the best way to formulate that. We are also considering doing sublingual polygala tablets.

Is polygala a strong enough MAOI that it shouldn’t be combined with aniracetam?

No, it's not something you need to worry about. The main compound in polygala that has MAOI effects is called DISS (3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose). It has less than 0.5% bioavailability. This means it is likely not clinically
