Best way to take enteric coated bacopa?

Edit: Bacopa tablets, not enteric coated.
I recently purchased some bacopa tablets off ND and was wondering if it’s fine to take on an empty stomach or recommended to take with food. I took it this morning on an empty stomach and felt fine but I’m wondering if it would be more beneficial to take with food.
Quick answer for those googling: vendor says empty stomach is best for this.

Thanks so much, that cleared everything up. Real quick while I’ve got your ear, what about something like sulbutiamine or aniracetam? My research tells me they are recommended to take with fat, but if it doesn’t matter then I’ll stick with empty stomach.

Both absorb fully on an empty stomach.

Aniracetam is very rapidly and completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.
The issue with aniracetam is first pass metabolism in the liver, not absorption. Sulbutiamine has a LogP of 3.70, which is below 5. So you don't need to dissolve it in a lipid for absorption. The issue with sulbutiamine is the molecular weight. It's 702.89 g/mol, which is over the 500 g/mol limit for ideal bioavailability. Taking it with fat will not help that.
