Best way to take enteric coated bacopa?

Edit: Bacopa tablets, not enteric coated.

I recently purchased some bacopa tablets off ND and was wondering if it’s fine to take on an empty stomach or recommended to take with food. I took it this morning on an empty stomach and felt fine but I’m wondering if it would be more beneficial to take with food.

Quick answer for those googling: vendor says empty stomach is best for this.

Nah I mixed the two up, thanks for the correction and also appreciate the swift response. I’ll continue taking them on an empty stomach. I don’t take gotu kola.

Got it! Yeah, empty stomach is best with regular bacopa tablets. You actually want it to come into contact with some acid in your stomach. So enteric coating would be counterproductive.
