Best way to take enteric coated bacopa?

Edit: Bacopa tablets, not enteric coated.

I recently purchased some bacopa tablets off ND and was wondering if it’s fine to take on an empty stomach or recommended to take with food. I took it this morning on an empty stomach and felt fine but I’m wondering if it would be more beneficial to take with food.

Quick answer for those googling: vendor says empty stomach is best for this.

Hey it’s probably overthinking but if it should come into contact with stomach acid, would it be a better idea to take the stuff out of the capsule for possible improvement in absorption?

No, those capsules dissolve super quickly. They are designed to do that. Obviously powder will be a bit quicker, but it is not necessary.
