Is Polygala 10:1 OK or would you absolutely need the 20:1 extract?

I found a local seller in EU for 10:1 and might go for it as the 20:1 from ND will be a bit more expensive due to shipping etc. Though I will order the ND one eventually.

But I'm wondering if there are basically no benefits with the 10:1 extract? I'm mainly interested in the NMDA antagonist effect would the 10:1 have any of that at all? I'm probably underestimating it but I have been unable to find any understandable information on this.

Full Spectrum Polygala Root Extract Powder

Our Polygala Root is extracted using purified water and processed in line with the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A special temperature controlled process is used to perfectly suit the root's characteristics, ensuring that all the naturally occurring and most valuable components can be captured in the extract in the same proportions as in the original plant, creating a perfect full spectrum extract.

All our tonic herb extract powders are produced to the highest quality using state of the art technology that allows the extract liquids to be carefully dehydrated into a micro fine powder that will dissolve back into any liquid or warm water.

It might not even be polygala from them. I highly doubt they are using HP-TLC to verify species, plant part, and extraction method. Have them show you the chromatogram from the TLC plate, and see what they say. Extraction ratios are meaningless if proper analytical chemistry is not being used to verify things. You buy from us because you know it will be right every time, no exceptions. You buy from us because you know we put in the work to make sure things are scientifically valid before we allow customers to buy from us. I can't comment on their 10:1 because I have no idea who they are, who they use as a supplier, and how they test. I just know the industry standard right now will usually get you garbage.
