Another Caffeine question

Original post in this thread

I started taking caffeine 8 years ago for the specific purpose of prolonging my Intermittent fasting before my first meal daily.

Somewhere along the line, I don't know when blurred into not a tool for fat loss but for my mental health. I dealt with several issues few over the past few years, eating disorders, anxiety, adhd, etc. Long story short. I quit caffeine during the past 3 months during the quarantine as I was getting negative fluctuations in my energy and mood. For the past 3 months. I've had a persistent subtle dysthmia / depression /anhedonia whatever its called.

I would describe as a decrease in my desire for social interactions / extraversion / willingness to engage with the world. Also motivation and energy were down.

During my time off I tried many things, here are those I've tried but none of them compare to caffeine:

1. RGPU-95
2. Phenibut
3. Phenylpiracetam (had mild effects)
4. Fl-modafinil
5. PPAP-HCL
6. Bromantane
7. Coluracetam
8. Cordyceps
9. Rhodiola
10. Ginseng gs15-4
11. Coq10
12. Longvida
13. St johns wort
14. Sam-e
15. Satiereal saffron
16. Zembrin
17. Alcar
18. Fasoracetam
19. Theacrine
20. Uridine
21. Tianeptine

I'm currently on polygala, ks…

Thanks man. You replied in another thread of mine about berberine, will be getting that and NMN in my next purchase from ND, in your experience do the effects last long term, also I tried your coq10 previously but didn't feel much, how different is it from coQsol-cf?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

I think the CoQSol-CF shines when you have it in combos with other things. I also notice the drop in energy when I stop taking it after daily dosing for a while. The NMN is more acutely effective, at least in the combo I currently have it in.

Replying to faxmulder · Thanks man for all the infos, I've seen that berberine could have also some "nootropics" effects - sounds great. Are you personally taking it far from weight training, or there is

I am not weight training at the moment. I have not noticed any issues with muscles mass or strength while on it, though. So at least for me I don't really need to time dosing around workouts. It absolutely does have noot

What does /u MisterYouAreSoDumb take?

I am always trying new things that we are working on. So at any one point in time my stack will be different. However, I do have some staples in my base stack that stay there pretty consistently. * CoQSol-CF * Reacta-C

NMN - Worth the money?

Replying to BBSo4 · Have you guys ever sold/ considered selling Semax?

I was the one that popularized Semax years ago, and made it more affordable on Ceretropic. Before that, all that was available were the nasal drops that were selling for $180 for a small bottle. We were the first to brin

Techniques for maintaining Caffeine effectiveness?

Replying to Anticode · I have 200-400mg a day. Sometimes on weekends I'll just have soda/coffee to prevent withdrawal.

Am I the only one that never gets caffeine withdrawal? I can take 800mg/day for weeks, then stop cold turkey and be fine. My girlfriend misses one morning without coffee, and gets headaches and bad mood.
