Another Caffeine question

I started taking caffeine 8 years ago for the specific purpose of prolonging my Intermittent fasting before my first meal daily.
Somewhere along the line, I don't know when blurred into not a tool for fat loss but for my mental health. I dealt with several issues few over the past few years, eating disorders, anxiety, adhd, etc. Long story short. I quit caffeine during the past 3 months during the quarantine as I was getting negative fluctuations in my energy and mood. For the past 3 months. I've had a persistent subtle dysthmia / depression /anhedonia whatever its called.
I would describe as a decrease in my desire for social interactions / extraversion / willingness to engage with the world. Also motivation and energy were down.
During my time off I tried many things, here are those I've tried but none of them compare to caffeine:
1. RGPU-95
2. Phenibut
3. Phenylpiracetam (had mild effects)
4. Fl-modafinil
5. PPAP-HCL
6. Bromantane
7. Coluracetam
8. Cordyceps
9. Rhodiola
10. Ginseng gs15-4
11. Coq10
12. Longvida
13. St johns wort
14. Sam-e
15. Satiereal saffron
16. Zembrin
17. Alcar
18. Fasoracetam
19. Theacrine
20. Uridine
21. Tianeptine
I'm currently on polygala, ks…

We go into good detail in our blog about it.
Basically it is a more bioavailable and effective version. CoQ10 likes to form insoluble crystals. So having it be crystal-free in a proper solvent like D-limonene really helps it work better. We discuss our CoQH-CF in a different blog. That one is not as stimulating as the CoQSol-CF. It's more of an antioxidant. I personally prefer the CoQSol-CF.
