Questions about polygala

I've been using polygala for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become my favorite nootropic. I've been trying to educate myself on all the effects polygala may have, and there are a few things I want to know.
* Is the ND extract based on BT-11?
* Polygala extract has several different methods of action, so are there any common supplements I definitely should not combine with it?
* Should I be cycling it?
* I currently take agmatine about 30 minutes before. I would like to try 7, 8 DHF when it's available. Is one better than the other?
* I'm also curious if anyone has combined lion's mane with polygala.

Hope op doesn't mind me chiming in on his thread since I have some questions too.
I recently quit caffeine for about 3 months after battling addiction for around 8 years. Quitting has helped me in terms of energy and anxiety but I was mildly depressed since coming off.
I tried alot of other stuff but nothing really worked. It includes racetams, exotic stuff like bromantane / tianeptine / memantine etc but all had mild effects
Started taking your polygala extract few days ago and it really helped me feel like how I was before. What is it about polygala that makes me feel alive again, I read that it is a triple uptake reinhibitor but when I take other stuff that affects serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine individually I don't get as good results. And also since polygala works so well for me, what others would affect me similarly? I hope my results remain long term

Glad to hear it is working so well. So polygala has a ton of things in it, and they all work together. So the mechanisms are complex. It's hard to say exactly which mechanism is helping most for you. However, I would imagine it is a combo of the NMDA, ACh, and BDNF effects giving you the benefits. You'd probably also react well to 7,8-DHF, NMN, berberine, EGCG, and CoQSol-CF. I actually had to cut back on caffeine with that stack because I was naturally more stimulated.
